Chapter 4
            The guild called dragons

The guild dragons is well known for its knowledge about dragons. It runs a few different jobs, town hall, police force, deals with mythical creatures that Causes problems and can take job requests, well some. There are two request boards, one only for guild members that's inside the guild and the other is for everyone else, it's outside the front doors to the guild. Most of the town was looking at the request board.

"What's going on?" Lisa asked.

“Beats me” Peta said. As the for the unknown by the towns folk, dragons had a look at what was making every one interested. It was a piece of paper, an old one at that and it said: A tall spiky circle surrounding a wood sea, at the centre a dome of stone on a lake of fire.

"Not a well-made riddle” Larry said.

"Why is it making everyone interested?" Fred asked.

"Because that's all there is on it and Hi!" Tom said coming up behind them.

“Hi Tom” Peta said.

"You joining? It’s really good” Tom said happily.

"Join?" Peta, Fred, Larry and Lisa said at the same time. Tom was about to say more then.

"Why is the guild called dragons?" Fred asked.

"Because the guild has best knowledge about dragons and takes most of the requests that deal with them" Tom replied.

"What do you mean by deal with them?!" Lisa said crossly. Tom was surprised and confused at Lisa comment.

"Um... We have a small liking to dragons, she is just asking. But don't answer it" Peta said nervously. Tom guessed they had a secret but he never thought they would be dragons so I guess there secret is safe for now. They went inside the guild; it was quite big with lots of people talking. There was a bar, tables and chairs, glow stone lighting and lots of other things.

"Who do we have here?" A voice said. Then a man came down from upstairs. He was tall with a black robe that had a gold outline and a long staff with a crystal ball surrounded by a wood dragon on top. He also had a pointy hat and a white beard like classic wizards in the old stories.

“Who is that?" Peta, Fred, Larry and Lisa said at the same time.

"His name is Dominic, the guild master and is in charge of the town" Tom said looking at their surprised faces, they had obviously never seen a wizard before.

"So are you joining?” Dominic said looking series.

"Um.. Give us a sec” Peta said as she turned to the others. Peta, Fred, Larry and Lisa whispered to ovoid people herring

"What do we do?" Lisa said.

“I don't know” Larry said trying to think of something.

"Are we going to die, I'm only 213 years old there's too much to do!" Fred said panicking. Remember some dragons have a life span of 1000 years or over and under.

“Calm down we could find out about the dragon artefacts here” Peta said. Meanwhile Dominic was talking to someone as he watched them talk wondering what there were saying.

"Do you think they are spies?" asked an unknown person.

"No! They are too confused and wary for that" Dominic said.

"What if they are dragons using a spell?"

"That's too easy to see through, besides this could be fun" Dominic said smiling. Now to explain dragon have tried to pretend to be humans along with many other thing but those spells are too easy to see through, but the one Peta and the others have are a lot more complicated and if they get found out it would be a harder to survive as a result...

"Ok, we've decided we’ll join but go easy on us, were not from around here so we don't know much about what's going on ok?" Peta said hoping she did not sound weird. Dominic nodded then they got signed up. After that the four of them sat down in the corner of the big room. Time went by slowly as they talked about their situation, they stayed there late... A bell struck at 12:00pm, the door opened. Everyone felt the cold night air as a person walked in. This person was wearing a black cloak/robe (it’s hard to describe) and in one hand a double ended hammer, it was a weird hammer. (Like a gravity hammer off halo)... The rest after that is blurred. No one except Dominic seems to remember what happened after he came in all they know is people call him the shadow dragon. Let’s skip 3 Weeks. By now there more used to their new forms and how things work but nothing has come up about the dragon artefacts. And the spell there using is having some negative side effects because they seem to be forgetting that they are dragons, this is not good...
